Downgraded materials disappointed on re-purchase

I had a previous pair of these that I wore to absolute death and LOVED. The style works perfectly to dress up or down, move with you with the elastic ankle straps, and slip on and off easily. So I was eager to buy them again in the same size and color. BUT... the size ran slightly smaller than before, and worse yet, they had replaced the real leather portions (which would stretch and comfortably mold to your foot) with cheap fake leather that provides none of that comfort. The shade of this fake leather is also noticeably different. The original was a nice rich whiskey color and this faux version is muddier. I'm really sad about the downgraded quality. And since that altered the fit of the sandals, I really wish I'd gone up a half size to compensate for a more comfortable fit.

Best urban sandal ever made

Best sandals for walking around looking classy. These have been a game changer for my probated, previously injured feet. I hsve not experienced ANY of my regular aches and pains from flats. Buy them, size up half a size.
