Poor admin on website poor quality product

Found what I wanted on the website - stated was in stock at Kingsway mall. Drove there only to find it was NOT in stock. Ordered on line for home delivery… sized up from regular size to avoid return… product arrived still too small ? I have dozens of similar sized shoes and boots and never have had issues. So in summary, inventory admin = poor. Product quality = Poor.

Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the boots. I still haven’t received them even 12 days after placing the order. I don’t recommend ordering online.

What’s cooler than being ice cold?

These are the coldest boots I’ve ever worn. If you like your toes feeling like ice cubes, these are the ones to get. It locks in the cold so there’s no chance of them warming up. The sole is freezing too. I can’t believe they are marketed as winter boots as I’m certain my flip flops keep my feet warmer.
They do seem to be waterproof so at least your toes won’t be cold AND wet. Gave them 1 star for the waterproof ability… just kidding, I wasn’t able to give them less than 1 star.

Too tight and narrow

I’m going to take them back , the sizing is really off . I’m normally a 7.5 , 8 and they are very tight , . Too bad cause such a cute , stylish boot , I don’t even think the 9 would fit , extremely narrow

Light weight and comfortable.

I purchased this as an “arena” boot for hockey games or an everyday boot for taking my kids to school, that doesn’t require a heavy winter boot (I have very warm uggs and I wanted a lighter weight boot for cold days without much snow). It’s light, comfortable and with the proper warm socks, it’s keeps my feet warm in cold hockey arenas. I love them! I’m typically a size 8.5 in Nike brand or 9 in other shoes, and despite the claims to “size up” I just went with a size 9 and it’s perfect.

These felt broken in during my first walk in them. They are also easy to do up kind of loosely and then use as slip ons with a shoe horn. Warm for city walking.

Great quality boots. Sorel’s never disappoint. I would just size up from your regular size. I am usually a size 7 but they were tight so I bought an 8 and they were perfect.
