Both fins failed where the black rubber part at the toes meet the hard red plastic after less than three months of use.

I love these fins, and they have really helped with my swimming. However, I do have one complaint and that is with the sizing online. On Sport Chek online, the sizes are listed as S, M, L etc. I have a size 9 foot, so I thought M would be right. Unfortunately, they are a little tight though not terrible. I noticed on the bottom of the actual fins, various shoe sizes are listed. For example, M is actually a men's size 7 to 8 in North American sizing. I think it would be helpful if Sport Chek included this information online.

Switchblade Fins - not ideal for snorkelling

Great quality. LOVED the red. FIT was great. THe only reason I gave them a 2 was because I was expecting fins for snorkelling with good propelling action. These 'switchblade' fins are for something else ... perhaps for professional swimming? Anyway ... not what I was looking for.
