Suit arrived without tags or hygiene strip

I ordered the suit online. When it arrived, there were no tags, and no hygiene strip. Frankly it looked used. I called customer service right away and they said that if I tried to return it like that, it would just get sent back to me. They advised me to go to a store. I explained that I had ordered online because I was not able to get to a store and also pointed out that the staff at the store would also likely give me a hard time, imagining I was trying to return a used item. She just responded that there was nothing else I can do. So disappointing. No help at all. And a suit that looked worn. I won’t order from sport check ever again.
No, I do not recommend this product.
