Great workout!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are really impressed with this 4 in 1 adjustable strength training system by Stamina. Working out at home has become incredibly convenient thanks to this durable system. The clear instructions made it easy for me to set up on my own; it is very compact, it doesn't take much space, and I appreciate how effortless it is to interchange accessories. It works like a charm and allows me to get an amazing total body workout comfortably at home. I only wish it could be raised off the floor, but overall, it works great.

Perfect for any home-gym

I got this product for mainly the sissy squat portion of it. This allows a deeper squat while keeping you safe. The added bonus is all the other workouts you can do on it. It says 4-in-1 but honestly you can do way more. You can do side crunches for obliques, you can do assisted Russian twists, assisted situps, regular situp to standing, pushups on the bars or pushups on the pad for incline pushup, feet on the seat for decline pushups, back extensions, and sissy squats. I can honestly say I recommend this product to all my clients that have a home-gym. I am posting photos of just a few of the workouts I do on this piece of equipment.

This is a nice piece of equipment. Great for what is intended for. Quality overall is good. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn’t like doing squats with a big bar or whose knees are weak due to age or previous injury since you get added support from leg and feet pegs. It’s also a bit easier to keep good form possibly preventing lower back injuries over normal squats.

Good product but poor design

I bought this product 5 weeks ago as a gift, the item came as expected and was easy t assemble. After completely/correctly assembling the machine it still wobbles left to right. the footpad to too small. All this leads to the feeling of instability. I returned mine
