To add more versatility to your Pilates reformer and workout, invest in the AeroPilates Pull-Up Bar. Strengthen and sculpt your upper body by targeting the back, shoulders, biceps and triceps with the same machine that also engages your core, lower body and builds cardiovascular endurance. Use one, two, three or four cords to make the pull-ups easier or more difficult. Attaching the AeroPilates Pull-Up Bar is just as easy as our other AeroPilates accessories. Simply loosen the locking knobs to remove the pulley risers, insert the bar attachment and re-tighten the locking knobs. Please Note: This does not fit on the 55-5556 or 55-5557.

    The Pull-up bar makes the reformer a complete workout machine! My arms are getting stronger and defined... Every accessory has a purpose and is very easy to install and remove.

    Pullup bar allows me to work my upper body and arms similarly to a real pullup/chinup bar which doesn't work for me, I am a small woman without the ability to pull myself up. This pullup bar accessory is helping me to strengthen these areas. Love it!

    My daughter and I needed help. More myself than she but fact is, pull ups, over and under are better, cleaner and so much easier on my back. So pleased with this. We just keep adding.

    Excellent Arm workout!

    I bought this over a year ago and have only started using @ 3 months ago. I had shoulder surgery and was not able to use it till recently. My arm muscles had shrunk to almost nothing. Pitiful. After just 3 months and starting from zero, at age 46 & female I am gaining strength back in my shoulders, seeing good definition and watching bingo arms that had just started disappear!!
