Shorted by two pairs!

Got these socks as a Christmas present for my daughter. Nice socks, but when you advertise them as a three-pack, I expect to get three pairs. I received only one pair (SKU is correct, so it seems a mix-up on how SportChek listed the item online). In any case I bought these on the basis of getting 3 pairs for my money, not one pair!
Customer service rep on phone wasn't helpful, told me to go into store to exchange but no nearby stores have stock.
