Been using this for a few weeks. It has a thick waxy texture compared to other lip balms I've used that slip and glide across the lips easily. This is not at all an issue for me. The scent and flavour dissipate after a few uses, which I actually prefer, but might bother some that prefer flavoured balms. It keeps my lips feeling nice for a long time unlike some products I've used that seem to dry them out more than normal. I will repurchase this item and recommend it to others.

SPF or not?

I ordered this because I wanted an SPF lip balm and I thought sun bum was all SPF but when it arrived it says nothing about SPF and I have since realized they have lip balms that specifically say SPF on them. Slightly confusing, may want to add that to your description page. Wouldn't trust this to keep your lips protected from the sun.

disgusting. The chapstick they sent was clearly used and the tamper seal was broken. someone had already put their lips on it and there was a significant chunk of it missing.
