A little disappointed that the bands broke within the first two days of buying the SuperDeker system. We have been more careful with the new badns and they are holding up OK for now.

Poor quality

One Rubber band snapped less than 2 weeks after purchase. The other one is close to snapping as well. No answer when calling the Superdeker help line. Very disappointed in the product especially for the price.

Passing Bands

I have also sent an email but I got a Super Deker for my kids at Christmas. While we use it regularly I would not consider it excessive and in that time we have broken 8 bands. I cant think of a logical explanation, I checked the pegs for burs and nothing. Any insights you could give would be helpful
