What is this?? A sweatshirt for ants?

It’s well made and very warm but fits extremely small. It says adult but is clearly made for children. I bought the XL and it fits but is by no means baggy which I was hoping for. If you have the physique of an 8 year old boy you’re golden. Got a chest, it’s going to be tight.
