A Pair is 2…not 1

Was hoping to use these for everyday support in my running shoes because the green Superfeet I have are used for my ball cleats, and offer amazing support. Problem is, I ordered two sets and there was only one insole on each box. Now need to return them through Canada Post and hope to find stock in one of the stores.

Fantastic and affordable -

I have to buy wide hiking boots for comfort but I found coming down the side of a mountain, my bigger boots made my toes jam to the front of the boot. I bought these insoles and they were absolutely perfect and solved the problem. Two strenuous hikes later and my feel were super comfortable and stayed where they should while descending steep inclines. The small just fit my women’s size 8 wide boots. The bigger insoles would not have fit. I definitely recommend giving these insoles a try!

Good product, Large fits size 11.5-14 US Men's

I recently bought these in size large. Large on the box says it will fit sizes 11.5-14 in Men's and 12+ in Women's. I personally like more cushion than these have so I am planning on keeping my old insoles inside my shoes and adding these on top. I wear size 13 Men's shoes and these insoles fill them out fully, maybe a little trimming to be done if it slides but so far my running shoes have accommodated them.

These replaced insoles in my Asics tennis shoes that were worn through in the toes from pickleball. These have held up well and are more comfortable than the original soles. Also, on a men's size 10.5 Asics tennis shoe, the medium sized insole fit in without needing to be trimmed at all. Will definitely have these as my go to for insoles now.

Went from looking for comfort to new injuries

These gave me tibialis posterior tendinitis and plantar fasciitis after wearing them on three occasions. In my opinion, insoles need to be customized.

After 3 uses with soccer, these insoles have given me tibialis posterior tendinitis on both legs. I wish I had never decided to use them.

I’m pleased with these insoles. I find they reduce pronation and keep my hip feel more stable.
SIZING: A Small fits men’s sizes 5.5 to 8, and women’s sizes 6.5 to 9. It would have been helpful to have this info on the product page. I originally bought a medium but had to exchange for a small. I wear ladies’ size 8 or 8 1/2.
