Use them all the time, I used to use 7-8 but sized up to 9-10 and the carbon cup matches my feet better.

Bought for son who was having sore feet every game

So far so good, my son has noted an improvement in his foot pain during games. Looking at getting a pair for myself now. They were very easy to fit in to skate as well. We bought a size 7 insert for a 6.5 skate and no trimming was necessary.

Must haves for those with flat feet or over pronation and for all sport activities! These are in all our hockey and figure skates for the entire family and they do correct our posture with less back or knee and foot pains.

No more foot pain

Since putting these in my skates a few years back when I started to develop planter fasciitis, it has been so much better and now I dont notice at all. I have them in both pairs of skates and my kids too. We all love them. Way better than the cheap PU foam ones that come stock. Worth the cost for sure.
