Ordered the putter in store as none were available. Waited over 2 weeks for it to arrive and the box it came in was mangled. Putter had no damaged however the cover didn't fair so well. Couldn't be bothered to return it as I have a xtra cover and it's now golf season.

Came in poor shape

The putter came in poor shape. We first looked at putters in store and they were all in used condition from the in-store putting green. Then we ordered one online, but that one had the club head sticking out of the box and was scratched badly. So we ordered online again and received one in worse shape. The head is scratched and the grip is worn.

Damaged club sold as new

This putter was bought brand new and unscene due to covid. When picked up, It had extensive damage to the head including the face of the putter. I returned it for these reasons and let them know clearly why it's being returned. A few days later I was able to go into the store as the covid restrictions loosened, I found the exact same damaged putter on the rack for sale as brand new, full price. I told the floor clerk what has happened, he took it off the rack reluctantly. Ensure you do a thorough inspection of clubs purchased through SportChek, I'm sure taylormade doesn't appreciate their products being sold as such.
