Sim Max2 3 Wood

This review is actually for a Taylormade Sim 2 Max 3 wood that I purchased along with this set of irons. So far I have no complaints with the iron set. The 3 wood on the other hand has a rattle in it when you hit a shot. I tried to return it within the 30 days purchase time to Sportchek and was told they would not accept it and I had to go through Taylormade themselves. At this point I may hat hit the club a dozen times and was within my return window. I then made a warranty claim to Taylormade sending pics and a video as requested only to have them say they couldn't identify an issue that way and wanted the club sent in for testing. It seems Sportchek just wants to pass the buck on to Taylormade who make it difficult to use the warranty. The club itself still works but who knows for how long. I will reconsider Sportchek/Taylormade for any other golf related purchases in the future.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I’ve been really happy with the TaylorMade SIM2 Max irons. They’re very forgiving, easy to hit, and have given me a lot more confidence as a newer golfer. Even on off-center shots, I still get decent distance and the ball flies pretty straight. They launch the ball easily, feel solid at impact, and have definitely helped make the game more enjoyable. If you’re looking for an iron that’s forgiving and easy to play, I’d definitely recommend the SIM2 Max.

Irons arrived quickly and have a confidence inspiring look while addressing the ball. Replacing my Titleist AP1’s that have served me well. The new Taylormade irons have a much sweeter feel in my opinion, have given me more distance, and a nice launch. I will have to adjust my game for the longer distance and different lofts. But, very happy with the new irons. I think graphite shafts are a great asset for my game. Very happy, highly recommended…

Returns or trade-ins? Not a good deal

Return/exchange just letting anybody know that if you buy clubs even if they're new and you're not happy but you had a trade-in, they won't allow you to return the clubs even for an exchange. So make sure when you're looking at a trade-in the clubs you get you're going to own them 100%
