On sale, but sold me a used or demo club not new!

It’s an excellent club, it was on sale 20% off, but it was used or a demo! I did not know I was buying a used club. The grip was very dirty, they had cleaned and polished the clubhead, still had a few scraches, but not the dirty grip. Very surprising. And disappointed.

Thank you so much for the great product and exceptional service. My wife is loving her new Driver. It looks good and getting her excited to be on the course. We have a few in the family, making us all better and added a good 10 yds vs my trusty Cleveland.
