why do I shop online with this company ?

I don't really know how the bag is because I received a store model with the security tag on. You now have me wasting my time to go into a store when I chose home delivery because of incompetence to remove a store model tag. I can't properly rate the bag but I can rate your shopping experience which continues to be at a 0. This is not the first problem I have encountered with you and yet I gave you another chance. I think I will limit shopping online. Both my husband and I got nice New Balance shoes there before, I had ordered a leather bag, and now this. I even sent a message to your customer care team and got NO RESPONSE. Look for more reviews coming your way..

Small zipper opening

I love the brand TenTree, but this bag missed the mark.
It’s oversized for a gym bag, however the main zip is short, making it difficult to get things in and out. I would return it, but it was final sale.
