Disappointed. Product appears to be used.

Product appeared to be used. You could tell from the inside. The tags were all cracked and worn.it wasnt even packaged correctly. I tried asking for a refund and I never heard a single word back. Never been so mad about a purchase before. In my opinion I would say don’t bother ordering from sportcheck. They have terrible customer service

We originally purchased a size small. We found in the torso area it was running short. I exchanged her jacket for a med. We again ran into the same issue. We love NorthFace however, this style jacket did disappoint.

Way too short for a winter jacket...and it fits super small- a 10-12 is more like a size 8-10.
