Surprising Disappointment

I was very disappointed after receiving my jacket as the inner lining really has NO insulation within it .
This new jacket in no way compares with my older North Face jacket of the exact same model .
Although I have loved my older jacket , I actually have to use another inner liner from an older jacket of another brand in order to make my new North Face jacket up to par regarding warmth.
Needless to say , I should NOT have to be propping up my new jacket in this manner ,
Quality control measures appears to have failed on this new jacket line of this year .
I am actually quite surprised by this failure .
North Face needs to rethink their cut backs as the product line is being diminished in quality and it really shows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great jacket. Kept me very warm. I love that it double as a jacket inside without the raincoat. Simply detach the zipper and done.

[Employee of fgl] Light, weight, and warm only issue is with the liner coming loose from the sleeve as the snaps that hold them in place, come loose from time to time
