Sleeping at the shipment warehouse

Brutal service. Last 3 orders all shipped with the security tag. Paying for shipping when I still need to drive to the store. My local store couldn't even remove the tag for my last order and sent me all the way to Mississauga. For 3 shipments of 3 within 4 or 5 months with this issue is unacceptable for a co pant of your magnitude, what's going on? Gloves were returned.

Gloves are nice, but the Medium is really a Small

Gloves are nice, but the size Medium is really a Small, so it's a little tighter that I would have liked. Palm is pig skin leather, and a bit stiff and slippery.

Fits tight so need to size up. Etip doesn’t work at all. Not the warmest gloves. I’d expect more from a brand like the north face
