Dead battery after only 4 uses

I loved these gloves, they kept my arthritic hands totally warm for skiing and I was thrilled. But after only 4 days on the slopes and about 16 hours use, one of the batteries won't charge. So disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I can't fully express my dissapointment

The gloves barely get warm indoors. As soon as you go outdoors, what little heat there was dissipates within 5 min, and that was at -14C. No heat after that.

No, I do not recommend this product.
