Classic hiking shoes. Why change a good thing. I keep rebuying the same updated version of the shoe. Cannot go wrong. One pair will generally last 2-3 years. Durability could be improved.

Very comfortable shoes, also look sturdy enough to survive multiple long trails. I quickly forgot that I’m wearing new shoes on a trail, which is definitely good.

Great shoe so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't had these shoes on a long hike yet but so far I'm very happy with them. The fit is excellent and true to size. The construction seems very good and the changes in design and materials since my last pair of North Face hiking shoes (which I was also very happy with) seem to address some of the weak spots on those older shoes. Although they are still getting worn in, I expect to use and enjoy these shoes for a long time to come.
