I love them so far. The footbed is nice and wide, I have wider feet so this is comfortable. I haven't gotten them wet yet to test the Gore Tex.

These even supported crampons!

These were my ride to K2 base camp August 25. I walked 10k steps daily for about 20 days and then did the 100 mile k2 base camp track with 60 on baltiro glacier. I need wished for mountaineering boots. Even did GGLA with crampon on. It is a steep 1000 meter snow filled climb and then a 1000 meter down on rocks! I man the shoes held up amazing. My feet did not get any soars. Oh I absolutely love these shoes. Waited very patiently for a sale and I got the same one on sale!

Amazing boots! These have a really stable heel which are ideal for my husband who has had multiple ankle surgeries. They are supportive, comfortable, and the grip of the sole is unbeatable. Climbing around Saguaro Nat'l Park really accentuated the superior quality of this boot.

I've been looking for a good pair of boots to replace my Merrills and these ones fit very nicely, and appear to have the features that I'm looking for! I'm actually quite impressed because some of my recent North face purchases have been a bit disappointing - I would definitely buy these once again!

I hike a lot in all kinds of weather from extreme heat to very cold, wet/dry and my are always comfortable. These are by far the most comfortable boots that I have ever owned. Bought a second pair for when I'm done with these which I have had for 3 years and they still have plenty of life in them
