    Terrible customer service

I ordered online, and it was listed as a 2 person tent. As soon as the payment went through, the description changed to 1 person tent. I filled out the form on customer service asking about this, and no one ever got back to me. I called customer service, and they didn't know. It was supposed to ship in 2-3 business days. I called after a week, and the agent said that it was being shipped from Winnipeg. I live near Newmarket, On. He said that I would get an email shortly with tracking number. I checked again a few days later, and saw that I could order one for pickup in Newmarket and it would be ready within an hour, so I did that. When I called to cancel the first order, the agent asked for the order number, which I had already input. I told him that I had already supplied that information, and then he found it immediately. Absolutely terrible customer service all around. When I went to look at the terms and conditions for submitting this review, it sent me to a page that didn't show the terms and conditions, so I guess I'll just click the agree button. Pathetic.

Good for Any Situation & Fall /Spring.

Tested this car camping with no issues. Took it across Banff & Jasper. Can practically set it up in the dark. Rain resistance is good. Stable against wind. Floor is durable but get the footprint anyways. No issues after 3 years. Great tent although a bit heavy for multi day hikes. Consider the Trail Light tent if you hike multiple days less 1 or 2 lbs.

Perfect tent. Fits 2 people nicely with room outside for backpacks to be placed under the vestibule. The full fly covers the entire tent. Size of the tent when I. The bag is fairly minimal. It is average for overall weight.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

Fantastic product. Used on a hiking trip in the Tetons and held up perfectly.

    Terrible rainfly zipper design

Serious design flaw with the rainfly zipper design. The flap over the zipper gets caught every time you try to unzip it from the inside. While I like the compact design, roomy interior, and ease of setup of the tent, the zipper flaw is too annoying to ignore.

No, I do not recommend this product.

I stay warm at night because it's cozy. It helps with humidity because it's very well-vented. It's protective in the rain because the fly can cover all sides when desired. I love the vestibule on both sides with two entryways. Been in some storms and it ONCE leaked 2 drips. (Probably my fault). I thought about getting a bigger size but I can't find another that gives me what this tent provides. Cons? You'll probably get wet if you crawl out while it's actively raining because it's impossible to avoid the rainfly flap at the entry. Meh. Stay inside. It's raining. Lol

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I have had this tent for well over 10yrs!! It's still waterproof. Very durable. I've taken it backpacking even though it's not light weight and feel secure knowing how weather proof it is.

    Yes, I recommend this product.

I've taken this tent down thousands of miles of rivers int he western US and have never had a problem. Super airy on hot nights and the rainfly withstands monsoon rains well. Definitely a permanent resident in my dry bag.

    Yes, I recommend this product.
