    I like this vest a lot. Water bottles don't bounce on me. Enough pockets to pack rain coat, snacks & phone. Besides the 2 500ml water bottles there is a pocket in the back for a 2L bladder. Trekking poles have a spot at lower back. What else could someone need ?!!!

    I have worn this vest on many runs and for durations up to 1.5 hours and it was a great purchase. No chafing, lots of room for keys, fuel and phone, and it doesn't cause me to overheat.

    I am the writer of the previous comment as well, this vest is really great, however I dunno what I was thinking, It can support a 50k or less. a 100k race or more requires at least 10 liter capacity.

    This is a great vest! It's perfect for 100k's or less this held everything I needed it to and was super comfortable. It doesn't bounce or chafe!
