I'm very happy with my choice of the North Face II Women's City Breeze Rain Parka. I've worn it out in the rain and it definitely is rainproof. I can just shake off the water before I head inside. It is a breathable fabric, which I love. I don't feel immediately sweaty when walking with this jacket on. It is true to size. I take a medium and it fits perfectly. And I'm happy with the colour - a dusty blue. So, yes, I think this jacket is going to do me for a long time to come.

This coat is amazing. Waterproof, great good and the length is perfect. Also has good pockets. I am size 6 with broad shoulders and hips. Medium fits perfectly. It’s not bulky but allows me to layer with a sweater or sweatshirt underneath. With just a shirt it’s still close to the body and not boxy or frumpy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS JACKET. It is lightweight, yet "warm" (I always layer my clothing) because it protects against the wind and NY/Long Island weather is always unpredictable! And lately in 2024 it's been hitting temperatures in the 30's and even as low as 20F and it's been raining. Heavily. I had to touch my sleeve a couple of times to ensure that I'm still dry which to my delight I was. The only issue (personally for me I don't mind it) is that the sleeves were long on me. I am 5'1 and sort of have short arms and legs so this jacket went past my knees just barely touching my shins. But what really sold me on this is the pockets and how adjustable this jacket it, from the double zippers, all the roomy pockets AND adjustable hood.
