Poorly-designed, poorly-made product.

Daily walks. Comfy soles, warm boots. BUT - Inner hooks = deadly tripping hazard, I cut them off when they kept opening up after plier treatment. Pants twist inside boots. One pull-tab ripped out after a couple of months' use, ripping out fluffy trim with it. I threw my money away. Very sad.

Just right!

After trying 5 pairs of various types of boots, these North Face Shellista boots turned out to be just right for the wet and cold climate we will be visiting. Full rubber boot and soft but waterproof top, they are moderately light, nice and soft inside and not very clunky. They have 400g of insulation rather than 600g but that makes them lighter and still should do the job.

I had to get stitches

Tripped in these boots because of the top hooks and fell so hard I had to go to the hospital and get stitches. Would love if north face paid my hospital bull

Buyer beware!! The hooks at the top are terrible !!

While these boots are warm and comfortable, the hooks at the top catch and it makes you trip. I just wiped out because of this. I've chosen them with pliers and rendered them unusable. I read the other reviews and thought "it can't be that bad! North face makes great products". I was so wrong. All winter they were catching I kept closing them and they kept catching and reopening. I just fell and destroyed my knees! I HATE them.
