Leggings to try for the first time. meaning the brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something I really wanted to purchase from North Face I always try any other leggings brands it was time for North Face didn't wear yet so so far are a great material. Hope they will be comfortable too.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Great cool weather tights

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So these do run small, I went up a size to what I normally buy in tights and they fit comfortably, getting them on at first was really tight but once up they fit like a glove. I am 5'7 and the length is perfect, hits exactly as a full length tight should, the high rise waist also comes just over my belly button which I love. While these do feel warm I am yet to take them on cold trail. The material is thick and feels comfy, they feel like a soft shell jacket for your legs! I am happy they aren't fleece lined, I want to wear them on high output hikes in cold weather and don't want the fleece for that. These are designed for active pursuits and not cozying up with a coffee in the snow. I would have liked to have seen more renforcement in the bottom but I can see without it, it does give much more flexibility. If you are on the fence if you should try them, but they seem like the type of tight you are looking for, get them. I think the other reviews unfairly shamed these.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Runs small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved the material of these tights/leggings gs. The compression factor is real & gives your legs & tummy smooth lines & a flattering shape. These are very warm & are thicker than most other cheaper leggings. These are awesome, however I felt that they ran small compared to other brands of similar products.

Warm and water resistant but weird sizing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tights are really warm and seem water resistant along the front thigh and lower leg. I love the leg pocket-perfect for an iPhone. My one beef is that the water resistant material isn't very stretchy, nor is the seam stitching so the fit is odd. I had to size up from small (what the size chart indicated I should get) to medium to get the waistband over my butt comfortably since it isn't super stretchy, which means the waist is a bit big on me and they want to ride down. It might also be due to my height (5'8") and fact that the seams are hitting me differently than someone shorter, but the lack of stretch in the leg seams also contributes to the riding down. Maybe I should've sized up to a large, but something seems off with design if people who are size 4 have to buy larges...that doesn't feel particularly size inclusive!

Nice material, Fit is off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At initial glance, I really liked material and overall construction, but found the fit to be extremely small with little give.

I would not buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for a hike in Iceland. They are moderately warm. I am not pleased with the make of any North Face leggings I have bought because they have a lack of stretch in the waist making it difficult to pull them up. Overall the stretch is lacking and they are not the most flattering.

Very different fit from previous season

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought this product every season prior and haven't had an issue until now - the ankles were so small, it was difficult to remove tights (very little stretch) and similarly the waist also had very little give. I have sized up over the past 3 years, but my original F18, size Small version is still my favorite. The mapping of the fleece lining has also changed; I am skeptical that it would provide the same warmth as my other versions. Since I will be returning F21 option, I hope my OGs last even longer!
ProsLove the placement of the logo, Love the safety reflective placement
ConsLittle elasticity around waist, Tight around ankles

No, I do not recommend this product.

Love the tights but the sizing is all wrong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased these and I was so excited because my legs freeze on camping trips, they run very small and the stretch is limited. Going to try a large.
