Thule Aion 35 L Carry On Spinner Bag

We bought this for a trip after our last carry-on had a wheel break during a trip and we had to drag or carry it the rest of the way. I don’t think we will have this issue with the Thule Aion, all of the materials appear to be super high quality and I like the included compression packing cube.

I went from backpack luggage to all wheel rolling luggage and it makes a world of difference for running through the hectic airports. So far it’s traveled with me from LAX to Boston, New Hampshire and Maine. It’s held up to my abuse so far.

I bought this item for remote travel in the Arctic. This luggage is on and off multiple planes and rolls across snow and ice covered tarmacs very well. I chose the Nutria colour so that it will stand out. I like that when I unzip the luggage it only unzips the top portion and not in half, makes it easier going through security and getting items out of the suitcase. It has exceeded my expectations.

Love this carry on bag. The larger wheels are an excellent idea and beneficial for longer walks / treks from airport and train stations I’m glad I chose this color. It makes my bag stand out and it’s unique I wish the cross body bag and packing cubes were in stock because I’d buy them too

I love this bag! I had my eye on it for a while before I purchased and I am so glad that I finally went ahead and bought it. I work in the outdoor/active industry and travel for work fairly often. For the last several years I have been using a patagonia black hole duffel as my primary carryon and I am SO glad to finally have a wheeled suitcase that feels professional and functional and still kind of outdoorsy. The greenish color is sort of like a tan waxed canvas and it feels very "heritage brand" in person. I love the way the pocket on the front looks, but I quickly realized that it isn't functional for sliding my laptop in and out. That is the only thing anywhere close to a complaint. Highly recommend it.

Just returned from two weeks travel with the Thule Aion 4-wheeled spinner carry on. It worked well in every circumstance including travel over cobblestone streets and sidewalks. The importance of the larger wheels in the back (when using in two-wheel mode) quickly became obvious. The larger wheels traveled much better over cobblestones than the suitcase would have using smaller wheels. Then when on smooth ground in the airport, the four wheel spinner configuration worked perfect. The handle is well made and sturdy and adjusts to the lower position for four wheeled use easily. The included packing cube was useful for reducing volume of bulky items stored flat like sweaters or some pants. Very much enjoyed using this suitcase and it appears it will be quite durable.

We've taken 3 trips with our new Thule luggage and are very impressed. I have never invested in quality luggage before even though we travel a fair amount for business and pleasure. I just always bought some combo set from a warehouse store and used them till they wore out or broke. Sometimes that didn't take too long. This is obviously not going to be the case with our new Thule products. Extremely well built and awesome looks! The spinners practically push themselves they glide so smoothly. The backpacks and boarding bags are cavernous. They all have so many great features and storage options. Thule quality has me convinced that good luggage is worth the investment.

The material of the bag is great quality. The different storge compartments in the carry on are awesome! There is a cool compartment for toiletry items. I got many compliments at the airport with the look and quality of this carry on. Perfect size. Couldn't be happier with this product.
