Makes me nervous

I bought this when I bought my car. It was recommend by Chevrolet and they installed the hitch for it. Every time I use it, I'm very nervous. The bikes slide along the arm, and the rack bounces up and down when you hit a bump. I'm probably going to have to get another product.

Doesn’t fit 2 mountain bikes

I must of not done my research properly? This rack doesn’t fit 2 mountain bikes, but fits road bikes. Disappointed that it’s not versatile.

I really wanted to like it.
Like others have stated the cradles move throwing off the how the bike sits. I tried the duct tape trick and it helped a little. I ended up using a ratchet strap and secured the bike frame to the rack and that held it for my 2800 mile trip. Still sad for that price. I bought mine on sale and it's well out of warranty range. Lesson learned. And before the automated "could be a loading issue" from customer service. I'm not an idiot. I followed YOUR instructions.

Heavy Duty Bike Carrier for your Tow Hitch

The carrier is very well made and heavy. Made in USA. It attaches to your tow hitch via an insert. It sits tight with no wobble as a bar mechanism is tightened by a dial moves the bar tight in the hitch slot, and locks after it's tightened, so it stays put. A locking bar inserts into the hitch hole as a safety catch. The instructions are pictograms that are terrible... too smalI with no explanations. I had to view three U-Tube videos to understand how to attached the straps for the bicycles. There should be more detailed photos and "plain English" instructions on how to assemble the carrier. That's the reason for the four stars out of five.

An attractive sturdy rack.

All was well as expected until my third road trip where the straps released and left my bike hanging out in five lines of Florida Turnpike traffic. A terrifying experience. my paddle board nylon straps with cam buckles never failed in over 500 triPs.

Great, perfect for my needs

I looked at several other including Thule but didnt want to spend ip to $1000.00. I checked out a cgeaper model at Canadian Tire which was similar but didnt have the quick release hitch. This takes just a minute or two to install or remove which is great as i didnt want to be driving around with a rack unless I was biking. The bikes stay secured and are easy to put on ir off. Its a perfect rack and I think for tge price you cant beat it.

I can not get this rack of of my car. The knob either completely locks in place or it spins with no resistance.

Bought this a month ago and used it a lot. Only issue is the plastic wheel failed and tightening the hitch connect is difficult
