    I am very happy with this bike rack. Its a great product, easy to install and operate and it is very light. It’s also very discrete in the back of my SUV especially when folded down without the bike. It is also very stable and by adding a strap to hold the front wheel it’s even more stable. Highly recommended.

    I've been using this helium hitch mounted 2 bike rack for several months, and I love the convenience and well thought out design I've never had an issue with any part of it. It's durable, easy to attach and remove, and holds my bike securely. I use a bungy cord to snug up the bike toward the rack for long distance and of course the lockable safety latch as an extra security precaution. I love the lockable knob to help secure the bike to the rack while I am riding. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

    This was an easy product to install and is very sturdy. The bike rack has convenient mechanisms that make it easy to open my rear hatch and for releasing the bike. I highly recommend this product

    I purchased the Helium Pro a few weeks ago after purchasing my 2023 Nissan Armada. I used to have roof racks on my 4 Runner but the roof rack system was not feasible on the Armada as the roofline is much higher. Once fully assembled, the great features of this rack are as follows: 1. I can mount the carrier on the hitch in one minute and be on the road quickly. 2. No more removing the front tire of the bike. I had to use a fork adapter once I upgraded my forks. Just hang and go. 3. The key locks are great. It takes just a few seconds to lock the rack to the hitch and lock the bike. 4. It is pretty light weight compared to other brands. 5. It folds relatively flat. You can keep this in your SUV or in your garage until you need it. I absolutely love this bike carrier. It is actually quicker than the old Yakima Forklift system and a lot easier on my back!

    I’ve use the Thule Helium Pro for about two months and love how easy it is to attach and remove from my car. It is an elegant, beautiful design, simple to use. Instructions that come with it are not very informative, but it is easy to go to YouTube and find a video that explains everything.
