Product Details

This Thule Classic Hitch Bike Rack secures two bikes to your vehicle with a SnugTite Lock. It can be adjusted side to side to keep bikes from contacting each other. A HitchSwitch lever tilts the rack outward, so you can still access your car's rear compartment.

  • Locks to vehicle with SnugTite Lock

  • Adjusts side to side with generous spacing between bike mounts

  • Fits 20-29" frames and up to 5" tires. Note: Does not fit 27.5" fat bike

  • Ratcheting arm secures bikes without frames contacting

    Bought this rack about 5 years ago and it has been heavily used without a problem. It came with cable locks that provide a quick deterrent although I always use multiple locks when out of eye shot. It has varied strap settings for fat bikes and a nice tilt setting so we can access the back of our van. I always feel comfortable knowing the bikes are secure on this rack in all weather and road conditions. If you buy it from your local bike shop they will assemble it for you and you can support local.

    High quality bike rack from reputable company. Fairly easy to build and easy to install. The wheel slots do fit up to 5” tires so they are not necessarily snug on our 2” tires, but they still hold in place well during the drive. Great that you can add an additional rack to make it a 4-bike rack as well. Highly recommended if you have the budget to afford it!
