Poor customer service and online purchase.

This hat was ordered online because of its excellent price. Highly anticipated. Extremely disappointed when it arrived because it was obviously used. The headband was pilling, the hat material had abrasions and the head straps was definitely not original and of the wrong colour. Because of my disappointment, I reached out to customer service to rectify the situation. They took 5 days to respond. Eventually, I returned the item for a refund.
No, I do not recommend this product.
