When i received my Timberland boots i noticed that the package was damaged and the inside tissue paper was crumbled. As this was a gift for my for my grandson i was not impressed. I phoned and complained and was promised a gift card. However it has not arrived

All good - easy to purchase, had stock in the size I needed, shipped out next day and arrived despite the Canada Post strike. Would use online ordering again. Looked around at mall and this was the cheapest price, so ordered here.
