Terrible experience with pickup

This was an in-store pickup. I’m glad I decided to open and check at the front desk. There was sticker remnant on the logo and overall sad condition. No problem ..just ask for an exchange. The assistant took forever to inspect. Tried to use his spot to clean it off ..I’m not kidding. The other assistant was rude and she was quick to suggest talking to the manager. Unfriendly, unhelpful and just nasty attitude. The manager came up and “listened” interjected by random “uh-huh”. “I hear ya”. And just did nothing. Useless. I’m not shopping at SportChek until I hear of something done to fix this.
No, I do not recommend this product.
