A little disappointed with design quality

I bought this as a gift at the full price. The sweatshirt itself is really great quality but the image/graphics quality is a little disappointing, especially for the price. The procket detail was ripped on arrival. Unfortunately there's no available sizes to exchange. The recipient didn't mind too much, but for the price I expected better quality, especially when it hasn't even been warn yet.
