It say one size fits all but I have a normal size head and have to tighten the back which causes a ruffle affect. Basically you can’t wear it backwards.

Really nice hat. The gold embroidery is shinier than it looks in the picture. The only complaint is the NBA tag is stitched on at one side. I prefer the logo to lay flat. Otherwise I love this hat on City Edition nights!
