    Sturdy construction. I like that it's hollow, so you can store a few things inside to save space. It is definitely very firm, which is what I needed, but it's not a gentle roller with give if that's what you're looking for.

    AT FIRST I WAS AFRAID, I WAS PETRIFIED KEPT THINKING I COULD NEVER LIVE WITHOUT YOU BY MY SIDE BUT THEN I SPENT SO MANY NIGHTS THINKING HOW YOU DID ME WRONG AND I GREW STONG AND I LEARNED HOW TO GET ALONG

    This roller is very hard but it works so well. I usually start with a less dense roller then work up to the harder rollers. This is the absolute best for me. Be advised this is for more advanced rollers due to it being so hard. It hurts so bad but feels so good. Highly recommended. Extremely happy with purchase.

    Yes it is an extremely firm roller and not for the faint of heart but if you are used to deep tissue and trigger point massage from an RMT this the roller for you. I have multiple rollers at home ranging from firm to extra firm and i use the lesser firmness to warm up the area im releasing and working up to this roller. I also use lacrosse, baseball or softball if the rollers cant get deep enough. My only gripe is this could be longer up to 24".

    Sturdy and ideal size for my home gym. I wish the bumps/ridges were a bit more aggressive for deeper tissue stimulation

    Might work for people with lots of body fat. I'm fairly lean. The roller is too hard and is very painful on the bones. It's also quite exensive for a foam roller.

    First of all, i've been using foam rollers for 10+ years. I thought i'd give this one a try, as my rumbleroller is getting worn out. Anyways, the tp roller is too hard. Don't use it on your back or you'd be sore and bruised all over. I have a fair bit of muscles but this thing is quite unbearable to use.
