Perfect for Deep Muscle Pain Points!

The best message ball I have used! I especially love using it to roll my spine and glute. It can reach the pain points that a regular foam roller can’t. I am so addicted to it that I actually bought multiple ones and make sure there is one available in places i work out. Definitely recommend it!

Larger than I thought. Really big for subocc releases (the best spot to use a peanut) but still works great, firm but not too hard for sensitive muscles

It's quite hard for a roller. I didn't see or feel the grooves proving any benefit over other balls. BEWARE! The ball has a seam sticking out where the halves are joined.
The evoke cork balls are better and cost less.

as one reviewer mentioned, this thing is rock hard. like the single ball roller from tp, it appears to be two pieces glued together. and like the other ball, there is a seam which had not been removed. the seam ripped my skin.
