Great skate for a good price

Very comfortable fit. I came from multiple pairs of Bauer Vapor. There is a bit of an adjustment to get used to the slightly different angle, but it was minor. They now feel natural. They seem like a bargain when you compare price for a similar quality skate in other brands.

Quality skates, But fitted 1/2 size to big

Play 3 times a week 55+ senior league. Upgraded from 8 year old Bauer Supreme 170. Quality skates bought at clearance price savings. Light weight, agile and good feel of ice. Very comfortable heat fitted as size 9, but now no longer snug after 6 games. Should have gone with size 8.5 to allow for break-in period. Still ok, but prefer snug fit.

Recalled?

I wore these skates for two games. The eyelets split and starting ripping my laces. I brought them back to the store and picked up a different brand of skates. I was told the eyelets have been a problem with these skates, as well as the blade holders, so they have actually been recalled!? Waste of my time, ref laces and a skate sharpening. Glad Sport Chek guaranteed their product, but maybe they shouldn't be selling them if the problem isn't resolved?

No, I do not recommend this product.
