Good quality ball that's perfect for my home gym. I purchased it to carry around in my backpack as my physiotherapist suggested inadd rucking to my daily routine and this ball is oerfect for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really cool fitness mat. Each person in my family has found great use for it, and even my 6-year-old has had fun doing each of the exercises and stretches on the mat. My wife uses it for yoga, and my older son and daughter use it for stretches. It is long, and has a great thickness to it, and I like the strap that comes with it, which makes it easier to carry
