Heavy, overpriced, uncomfortable

MIght be made from rubber, as it's extremely heavy. It has a rough texture and is uncomfortable to use for anything (as claimed to be multi-functional in the ad) like stretching. A good quality yoga mat sold at SportChek costs way less and works just as good if you want anti-split, plus it's way more comfortable for stretching and other things.
No, I do not recommend this product.
