I bought the TRX system because gyms are closed during the pandemic. It's not an all-in-one system -- I still do lots of exercises without the TRX -- but it's an excellent way to add variety to my home exercise routine. Highly recommended.

DOubles as Tarzan swing

The ceiling moutn is very stable and makes using the TRX system more fun: my toddler can now use it to swing like Tarzan across the room! Also, it is easier to do the exercises with 360 degrees of freedom. You do need to bolt it into a BEAM ie JOIST, so make sure you have a stud finder and dead center the mount ... it uses serious lag bolts.
