VERY DISAPPOINTED

The kids UGGs are cheap material. I bought the UGG Kids pre-school/grade school classic II winter boots, girls, lightweight wool. They got wet in the light rain, it wasn't even completly wet but the wet stain DID NOT go away. I tried to do the care and cleaning as mentioned in their website "https://www.ugg.com/ca/care-cleaning.html", but this did not work at all. It made it even worse as the wet stains are now all over the bottom half of the boots. I have a couple of the women's UGGs and never had a problem with the wet/snow stains. NEVER again will I buy UGGs from here.
