Although they didn’t end up fitting, customer service was amazing! Due to the Canada post strike, delivery was a concern so I contacted them and couldn’t be more happy with the way the representative handled my concerns. The shoes were delivered on time and when they didn’t fit and due to popularity didn’t have our size, the store salespeople gladly accepted a return and refunded me.
