I expected it to fit tight but it’s very loose, won’t stay up and Also makes me gag I am no satisfied at all

The fit is terrible. It does not fit my 14 year olds mouth. It's too large, keeps falling out, and makes her gag while wearing. Needs to clench her teeth to keep it in her mouth.

I bought this for my son online because it states in the product description “first microwaveable mouth guard for custom fit” this is not a moldable mouth guard, so it’s also our second mouth guard purchase that won’t work for him. (The non moldable ones for braces are too loose and big.)
