Zipper not functioning

I purchased this jacket for my grandson who is 8, he loves it. It is a very nice coat and warm the only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the zipper is so hard to do up that some days he had to wear an old coat because no one could do up his coat. I took it in to my near by Sport Chek and the manage took it and did some thing and it was still hard to do but better for a bit and now it is back to being very difficult for him to do or his mother. I paid over 100 for this coat and figured they would do better on rectifying the situation.

Son Says it's a Warm Coat

Bought for my 13 yr old son. He loved it. Says it's warm and cozy BUT there is absolutely no reflective quality to it so I decided to put a few reflective stickers on it. In the a winter it gets dark here by 4:30 pm.

Odd size difference between the liner and shell.

This is a great coat for my son. The inside liner/spring coat is a bit too small for the size of the actual coat and can’t be worn on its own but for a liner it’s fine. The size compared to the outer shell is unusually small.
