not true to size

Made very small she's a size12, I ordered a 13( but still very small on her had to return), plus strap very short, wont reach to close. Paid for shipping and had to return.

Previously worn returned shoes were delivered.

Very disappointed! The shoes arrived in a well damaged box with no lid. The shoes were very obviously previously worn. No wrapping around shoe in box, stuffing inside shoe was ripped up and sat in heal of shoe. Surprisingly sloppy. I’m shocked that the shoes were sent in this condition.
