laces fell apart after 2 months of school

I bought these shoes for my daughter for her indoor running shoes at school. They were easy for her to slip on and were great for that transition between velcro and laces. However, after 2 months of indoor use at school, the laces had fallen apart. The shoes themselves were still in great shape but the slip on stretchy laces don't hold up. This is my second pair of under armour child shoes that have not survived long.
