Product never received

I bought a month ago and did not receive yet. Called customer service and I have to wait more 7 days to some agent call me back. They use Cana.. POST to delivery, which is the cheapest and worst delivery service. So disappointed.

Came a little later than expected even though it was UPS. Walmart orders arrived within 1-2 days even thou if is free standard shipping

I love this jacket so much fir my granddaughter, I purchased another one in a bigger size since it was on sale for a great prices. She probably will not be able to wear this one for another year or two. She loves it as well.
