Quality issues (zipper)

This coat seems warm and the fit is as expected. However, the zipper broke after it was only worn a handful of times. The repair for the zipper will cost close to the total value of the coat itself. We are disappointed with the quality. Given it was barely used this winter, we can't assess its overall performance.

Not a winter jacket

I thought it was a winter jacket because when I put that in the search bar, it appeared and said it was insulated. It's very thin and not meant for winter weather . It's for spring or summer depending on the province. I gave two stars because the online description was poorly worded.
